It is known that dogs just as humans are subjective to stress just as humans, and stress leads them to anxious states, with an impact on the immune system, the skin and the digestive system.
When we talk about behavioral problems caused by stress, most problems are anxious behavior, aggression, disobedient dogs.
There are few way to get rid stress or to reduce it. First would be removing of the stress stimuli and creating safe and cozy environment. That is not always possible, and some dogs are by nature and character more subjective to stress, so best way would be to play and exercise with your dog regularly. Physical activity is a great stress reducer.
Creating a safe zone such as crate or safe haven is the other thing you could do, and third thing would be high quality food, because, not balance food will further disturb the body in the fight against stress.
