An allergic reaction to vaccinations can be serious if left untreated. Your veterinarian needs to perform a proper physical exam before determining how extensive of a treatment they need to administer. Treatment can be as simple as an injection of diphenhydramine with pills sent home, to something as severe as hospitalization and overnight care.
Getting a good look at how your pet is reacting is important as many experience veterinarians will be capable of predicting how severe the reaction will be/become based on exam. Most will of course, highly recommend keeping an eye on your pup until all symptoms are resolved to ensure nothing out of the ordinary occurs.
