However, the physical examination findings in dogs with hypoadrenocorticism are vague, nonlocalized, and can be mistaken with signs of gastrointestinal disease, renal disease, or heart disease. Depression, weakness, and dehydration are the most common clinical findings. Other signs are: vomiting, diarrhoea, excessive thirst, and slow heart rate and shock in patients severely ill.
