Ellie's our lovely little Teddy Guinea Pig. We acquired her from a breeder along with her companion, Amber, just a few months ago. They were extremely quick to settle in, and it didn't take them long before they started getting up to their mischievous guinea pig ways!

Compared to the other guinea pigs we own, these ones are surprisingly very active. They stay outside in a hutch, and since we have a whole load of rabbit runs in our back garden too, we thought we'd give them a try in there. It's safe to say they've trumped our rabbits as the most active and energetic species we own!

Despite their high levels of energy though, they're extremely easy to handle and care for. As long as you provide them with adequate room to run around and have fun, while obviously supplying them with the essential guinea pig necessities such as hay, veggies etc. you shouldn't have a problem with them, and I high recommend them to anyone on the lookout for a pet.

Cute little piggy, but not a teddy. You might want to move your review to coronet guinea pigs. :)

Sorry, I mean crested, not coronet.
