These rabbits are very well known for being tiny and cute, but they are also known for nibbling and being difficult at times if they aren't trained right. They are very sweet and loving, though; they'll curl right up with you whenever you pet them or just show them attention. As small as they look, they can actually run pretty fast and are really energetic animals. You can just let them run around in your backyard whenever it's warm outside or even take them on walks if they're harness trained. Just like cats, they can be trained to use a litter box. Although my rabbit used a cage, I've had friends with rabbits who just litter train their rabbits and let them roam the house. Since they're prey animals, it would be worth noting that you need to be an extra close eye on your other pets, especially if they're cats and dogs. Cleaning out their cage, depending on what type you use, can be pretty tiring and difficult, but if you use an outdoor cage, then it should be easier to clean with a hose. Overall, they're really fantastic pets for the whole family.
