Lacey was a great bunny, but a little mean

My mom got Lacey from a co-worker whose daughter developed an allergy to her. Like humans, each rabbit has their own personality. One rabbit may be inquisitive and friendly while another may prefer to be as far away from humans as possible. Lacey was a mixture of the the two. When she was feeling sociable she was extremely sweet and affectionate, but when she wanted to be left alone she would bite and kick her back feet to scratch you. After a while we could just look at her and see what her mood was, which kept the biting and scratching to a minimum.

She was very inquisitive when out of her cage and she would eat any cord that she could find (and being as small as she was she could get under almost all the furniture to reach the back walls). So we had to watch her constantly.

She was a funny rabbit with a lot of personality. She was never ill and she had no health issues. She got a long with our dogs and cats (although the dogs had to learn that she wasn't food!).
