Lops - "The Labrador" of Rabbits

I grew up with Labrador dogs and was very accustom to their antics and when a friend gave me a Lop as a gift I found out very quickly how similar they are! Lops always have the need to play and if you don't provide them with entertainment they will start to be naughty - just like my Labs. How can a bunny be naughty??? #1 thing is they love electrical cords so I always advise people who adopt a rabbit to hide all cords and find a good lamp repair shop. However, they are very easy to litter box train and you can easily let them have the run of the house. My rabbit has the run of our house and we often have to fight him for a spot on the couch. This sounds really cute and it is BUT rabbits are very much like a dog or cat and need a lot of attention and care. So please only consider if you want that type of commitment.
