When we started with our first breeding pair we the male was generally sweet and docile. He loved being held and loved attention. The female on the other hand was a bit more difficult to handle. She came from a different place than the male and they did inform us they did not handle their rabbits and it showed with her. She was a bit terrifying and constantly nipping at us and even attacked our male when we tried to breed them. We did try to tame her and work with her but she never took to it and we could no longer keep her so we ate her. We then got a new breeding female who was sweet and docile and became a very good breeding rabbit.
