This snake is very similar in color, pattern and personality to that of cornsnakes. They are amazing snakes to keep and relatively easy to breed. Although these are rare and often hard to find in captivity I would recommend this snake as to intermediate keepers. I find them easy highly entertaining snakes to keep. They do well on a diet of pinkies as hatchlings, moving up to adult mice once they are mature adults. Breeding them is easy and they breed very well with two clutches in a season not being uncommon. A very beautiful snake and relatively easy to keep.
