The Carpet Python - How well can you deal with a bite?

My Carpet Python was a very energetic little guy. From my understanding, this isn't always a case. As a hatch-ling they tend to be a little aggressive, or more specifically, they like to nibble or bite. I had been bitten four times, but as the snake got older it seemed to grow out of it. So really it boils down to nature. Any breed of snake can be docile or bite you, and if you can't handle this experience, you might want to look elsewhere for a pet.

Overall my experience was just OK with this snake. I had to get rid of it before going to college, and it was easily the animal I was least attached to. This just was not my taste. They're much more fun to take care of for someone else, which I touch on in other reviews.
