Bull Snakes

My first real snake was a female bull named Electra. She is so sweet, and I can do pretty much anything with her. However, not all bulls are like this. At first, they will act very tough and aggressive, and pretend they are rattlesnakes (hissing and rattling their tails), but in actuality, they won't normally act after the warning. If you act timid or scared or hesitant, then they will take advantage of you and maybe strike, but if you handle them with intent and confidence, then you'll be fine.  They do tend to get nasty when they are about to shed, but most snakes do.
