If you like the rarer, more unusual, and a bit harder to take care of terrestrial geckos then Knobbies are a great choice. But if you're not prepared for any of the work that comes with them or don't have about a thousand for a group to put down you might want to look elsewhere. They aren't hard but they're more complex than a leopard gecko. This is not the kind of gecko you want your kids playing with. They're small, fragile, and don't take handling well at all.
