Knob and Bob as the two were called assumingly by their loved ones were very happy lizards. Shy but very curious in nature. They stood proud, very joyous of their small home, small, but just the right size. The two lizards held a special admiration for each other, and as they looked across the orange sands of their home, they sat in warmth and piece.
Very interesting creatures indeed, as they would go about their days lounging lazily on their basking rock. So peculiar in their design as great images of beasts long lost conjured by their visage danced around in the head of their owner. But never did they look upon him as an owner, and perhaps in truth they lacked the ability to make such a distinction, but instead, they saw him as a friend, the feeder, the cleaner, the compassionate monster that towered above them. The fears they had at such an early age melted away to signs of comfort and trust, and with the years that went by, they found a new and joyous relationship with the big monster that would spend countless hours watching them. They were not afraid, and although they could perhaps not know why, it was a lack of fear they welcomed, it was a sense of security they needed. For in the eyes of this great creature they saw safety.
Time has passed, and seasons have changed, and still to this day sit the pair, basking in the warmth of the great monsters fondest memories, as their companion ship over the years was truly one that he would cherish forever.
