One of the Best Snakes to Have

Ball Pythons are one of the best beginner snakes to own! They are extremely relaxed and their first instinct when afraid is not to bite but to curl up into a ball and that's how they get their name! They can come in a wide variety of BEAUTIFUL colors and patterns. The color morphs are definitely worth the extra money they are sold for! I currently own two Ball Pythons and work with many others. My 4 1/2 foot male is one of the kindest snakes I have ever worked with and I have him around children very often!
These snakes can be picky eaters and may go off feeding for a few months - don't panic, it happens sometimes. They can live their whole life in a 50 gallon aquarium. I like to use paper towels as bedding because it makes cleaning a lot easier. If you're looking for a low-maintenance snake, a Ball Python is a perfect option!
