 and at night we put a blanket over the cage because he was so talkative. When I think about it I have no idea why my older sister and I loved him so much – we just did. It was probably something about decorating the bird cage with stickers of Pegasus and Lisa Frank animations. Or maybe it was the fact that Rockin’ Robin was an inside pet – we were never really allowed to have pets indoors.){kind=link}
, albeit in a stern, motherly way. Shannon loved her, though – and so did we. She was fun to take on walks around the neighborhood even if she was strong-willed and I loved brushing her ears (they were so long!!!)){kind=link}
