I am definitely a dog lover but I have owned a couple of cute kittens in my time as well. I am incredibly active so I like having a pet I can take to the park and run around with.

She is incredibly sweet...but here are the issues she has:<br><br>1. Lacy has suffered from seizures since she was a puppy. She has to be on constant medication because of this.<br>2. She smells!! You know that classic "dog" smell? Well, she has it to the extreme. Shaving her is pretty much the only way to keep that at bay.<br>3. She barks at everyone she does not know. This makes it hard to socialize her.<br>4. She hates dry dog food. She won't eat for days if that is all that is available to her.<br><br>Putting those issues aside, she is very sweet to those of us in the family. She will always be at the foot of the couch with you just snoozing away. All in all, this is a dog I would not recommend unless you don't mind dealing with some issues. He was incredibly shy at first but turned into a "velcro dog" almost immediately. He is very hard to train because his breed is stubborn by nature. However, Ollie is very smart. Once he succumbs to the fact that he has a master (so to speak) he will follow your command. We take him to the dog park all the time and he loves the big dogs. Smaller animals scare him for some reason. He is now 8 months old and about fifty pounds. The vet told us that this would be the top of his weight... we are hoping this is true! Ollie has grey, black, and white fur and he does not need to be groomed often. This type of dog blows its coat two times per year. He loves to run and attempts to herd people into corners quite a bit. It may sound like a bad thing, but it's actually quite funny. He is a sweetheart and would protect us to no end.){kind=link}
