My family has owned more than 50 chickens of this breed.

Chickens were mostly used for egg production and disposal of excessive food, so it is not thrown out. Never ate any, so can't comment on meat quality.

The good: Great egg production, usually about 5 eggs per week from 1 chicken.
Fairly intelligent bird, social and understanding. Functions on a schedule and adapts to feeding times / environment well.
They are not loud and aggressive, went into fields in the morning and came back in late afternoon.

Neutral: Eggs were simple, decent size.

The bad: Not much to say really, good chicken breed for decent egg production.
