Cimarron Valley Ranch in NE Oklahoma, beautiful rolling natural Prairie. We raise purebred Dexter Cattle Long legged, we have 6 cows and one bull and one heifer, one steer named Tbone. Dexters the original hobby farm or homestead cow. Five acres you can manage a cow/steer. Dexters are a dual purpose cattle meat/milk. They are gentle people oriented and good grass conversion. They handle either cold or heat well. They have excellent carcass quality and you can expect around 350lbs of packaged meat from a 700 lb steer. Which is a more manageable amount for familys. Dexters also make great show cattle due to the smaller size.
