These birds grow fast and this makes them a bit more prone to health issues. Keep an eye out for any abnormality and diseases. Just like other chickens they need a good shelter and plenty of room to grow. These birds also need to be watched closely if you don't feed them on a schedule and just leave feed out for them. They tend to eat constantly and can get chunky fast. These birds were bred for mostly meat production so please remember to keep an eye on them and treat them right, remember you do plan on eating them after all. So make certain they have a good diet and a healthy place to stay.
My recommendation they are great birds for anyone that is looking for a great meat bird. Just remember to treat them like any other chicken and allow them to grow until its time to take them to freezer camp.
