Coopworths are amazing fiber sheep for cold climates. They have the most lovely fleece. They lamb easily and will rarely reject a lamb. Easy to feed, they will graze for most of the year. If you want your black sheep to be truly black you'll have to keep them covered to stop bleaching. The white ones can be left uncovered though if you plan on using their fleece a cover will greatly reduce the amount of time spent carding and picking.
