I got his hog from our high school FFA department for use as a market hog at the county fair. She wasn't the first pick but turned out to be a really nice hog with great market quality. For exercise I would take her up and down hills and it built up her muscle nicely. She was a sweet hog, and made a great starter hog for FFA. It was devastating to have to sell her for meat, but she won Market Champion against some very expensive hogs that were imported from across the country. Her meat was very lean and high quality.
