Leghorn Chickens

I have a love/ hate relationship with these chickens. One thing I do like about these chickens is their eggs. They tend to lay a lot of eggs, which are white and large in size. Leghorn chickens are amazing free range birds. They do not need to be kept in cages, as they are not destructive. This being said, most of these chickens have a terrible temper. I've had these chickens chase and peck at peoples legs before. It's best to just leave them alone. Be careful when mixing these chickens in with other breeds, such as Buff Orpingtons, leghorns are very aggressive. If someone was looking to raise chickens with no prior experience, I do not recommend these.
