This is what we raise in Missouri. They bring a fairly good price and aren't too hard to manage. As with any cattle they require a lot of care and have the occasional birth problems but in general they are easy to manage.

They're pretty calm and sociable, it takes a lot to get them mad, and they never become a danger if they do. They respond to the dogs and cats well and certainly aren't skittish in any way.

Their appearance is pretty plain (plain white obviously) but a lot of people like the look because it is fairly unique. Not all of the calves are going to look plain white, there have even been a few that are all black. But for the most part they're white.
