A Review of my Uncle’s Brahma Chickens

My uncle, Greg use to have a sizable poultry farm in his massive village-side home. Back then, I would always visit his family from school. Though there were different species of chicken in his poultry, my attention was always focused on the section of the Brahma chicken. They usually look big and attractive to the eyes. Their plumes seem always charming to me to the extent that I would constantly admire them a lot. However, Brahmas come in different colors. The females laid big eggs which served more for consumptive purpose than commercial. The meat of the Brahma Chickens is also very sizeable. The most interesting thing about this breed of chickens is that they are usually less aggressive to human beings. Unlike other species of chicken, I learnt from my uncle that Brahma Chickens are not so suitable for commercial poultry farming due to the fact that they do not lay so many eggs like some other species. If you are looking for very friendly chicken breed, Brahma chickens may apparently be of interest to you.
