Spot was a Boer goat whose mother rejected her. Because of this, she never grew to full size. She was intelligent and loved to play tag. She was vocal and would let me know if she was hungry or annoyed at me by bleating as loud as she could. She would walk on a leash up and down the road with me and knew some tricks.

Goats are great pets. They are fun, smart, and love to interact. They are best if you have a large yard. Also, consider having two goats if you don’t have a lot of time, as they are social animals and want constant company. Provide them with warm shelter, lots of fresh water and food, and grass to graze on. They poop a lot, so don’t put them in your yard if you value a green perfect lawn.
