Solving fertility issues finally gave us the Beefalo which cross a beef cow and buffalo.
The cows look more like cows than buffalo, so, looking at one, you might never know it's a beefalo. I'd say you tell more by the meat!
But the meat product boasts are considerable. Low fat and low cholesterol!
A great-tasting lean meat.
Consider this claim on https://beefalomeats.com/
Beefalo offers up to 6 times less cholesterol, 1/2 the calories, and up to 4 times less fat than beef. It is the only red meat shown through a university study to help lower LDL cholesterol levels. "
I'd say that's pretty significant.
