Hatchet....you know, like Molly Hatchet

Hatchet was a born this past spring to Molly. My mom spins yarn so she was set on getting a fiber goat. As long as the goats are kept in a clean environment and are regularly trimmed their coats grow well and are very easy to trim. You will need a type of stockade and/or platform to trim them efficiently. We trim their hooves ourselves as they need to be maintenance as well. If you don't know how to trim hooves or coat you'll need to hire it out regularly. They are easy to accommodate if you have the space and proper fencing. Perhaps you'll want them to freely roam, if that's the case prepare to have them on and around everything. They are no different than any other goat, they seek entertainment and do not care at what expense to you. Your cars, decks and patio furniture will not be spared! Definitely cute animals but read up before you pursue, responsibility is key on this one.
