Goats- Great Animals

The goats that I spend time with are very lovable, although they can get aggressive. They require a lot of space to roam around and a safe shelter, and they also require a lot of consistent care. They are part of a farm, and will graze and eat a lot- but are given hay and pellets and water on a daily basis. If people get near them, they will try to chase and/or ram them, but usually they stay away unless given a reason for aggression or curiosity. These specific goats are not used for their fiber/fleece or commercial value or meat production. Overall, goats are generally fun and cool pets to have, and they have a lot of benefits. Owners must be ready to provide sufficient care for them!
