I got these two before they reached adulthood. They spent most of that time period underground until finally emerging one week later as adults. They are very cool looking and are quite large but unfortunately they aren't even a bit interested in being handled. They are pretty much the opposite in personality from the Madagascar hissing cockroach. They also spent most of their time trying to find ways to escape rather than being content with their surroundings which were ideal for their species. I ended up reselling them before too long due to their flightiness and desire to escape, which they attempted several times. Not recommended for beginners.
