Arizona Bark Scorpion

The Arizona Bark Scorpion is a small (8cm for adults, females slightly smaller) scorpion that has a sting that packs a punch. This scorpion is the only scorpion in the United State's that can kill you with it's sting (not counting allergic reactions). It has very small, weak pincher's that cannot easily hold it's prey. Therefore, it need's to have a strong, fast acting venom to paralyze it's prey quickly before it can flee. Unlike many scorpion's, these guy's can be kept in a "communal" cage. That mean's you can keep a few in one enclosure. Definitely not a beginner pet, due to it's venom, even though it's very easy to care for. Experience needed. Good intermediate pet.
