More fiery than I'd expected!

I lived every little girls' dream when I woke up on Christmas morning to find a gorgeous palomino pinto pony in my backyard! He was only 10.2hh, so I think "Santa" thought he'd be nice and quiet.

We couldn't have been more wrong, but that was okay. Eddie was full of spirit, very cheeky and playful. We used to gallop around the paddock, only half under control, but it was great fun. I also remember a time when little Eddie jumped over 80cm from a standstill - unfortunately, it was straight out of a dressage arena.

He was also a nightmare to float, and catch.

However, despite all his quirks and drawbacks, we really did have great fun. What he lacked in height he made up for in personality, and he certainly taught me to have a good seat in the saddle!
