My horse was idea for a young girl who was wanting to learn/be trained on riding. My mum wanted to ensure I was happy around horses as she had ridden herself when she was a child. Sadly, my mum died before she actually saw me compete in anything. However, her wish for me to become happy and relaxed around horses was realized.

Very easy to control and look after

Just 1 thing to mention. My advice, before buying a horse (or getting your daughter/son one) is to arrange for them to help look after one in a stable first. Because it's very demanding and time consuming. A couple of my friends were pestering their parents to buy a pony for them, only 12 months later, they had lost interest and their parents ended up spending time doing it.
