Wheatgrass juice (and juice powder supplements) are rich in chlorophyll, amino acids, antioxidants, calcium, iron, vitamins B1, B12, and vitamin C. Wheatgrass and barley grass are the most common juices, and may help in flushing the lymph system of toxins and cleaning the intestines.
