These little guys make the perfect base for a starter school. They remain small and get along well with most other passive species. Their unique pointed tails make them instantly identifiable and memorable.

Easy to provide for, this breed thrives in just about any size setup from a basic 10 gallon to a 200+ gallon, just remember the rule of thumb, 1 inch of fish per gallon of water, and these little wonders happen to average 1 inch fully grown. As long as you monitor your tanks water and do regular partials a few swordtails will be a great addition to any tank.
