The reef triggerfish also known for its Hawaiian name humuhumunukunukuapua'a is a tropical fish that lives in the Pacific Ocean. I fist came in contact with this fish on a trip to Hawaii. I fell in love with it right away and I just knew I had to have them in my tank. The have very vibrant colors of blur, yellow, purple and red. They can be aggressive towards other fish and if they feel threatened, they have the ability to squirt water through their mouth and hook themselves onto caves or tunnels with a little hook they have on the top of their heads. They are pretty easy to take care of but can be a problem with other fish.
