Honey Dwarf Gourami

Honey Dwarf Gourami are very peaceful fish. Even tho the males have more and brigher coloration than females; they are easily the dullest dwarf Gourami you can find. I found that this gives them an advantage in a aquariums with fish that tend to be aggressive towards other fish with bright coloration. Honey Dwarf Gourami's do really well in soft water and breed easily with plants in the aquarium especially when they are near the top and away from the filter. I had a male that hardly ever stopped building a nest in the calm corner of the tank.
