Every Tank Needs a Cleaner Shrimp!

When I think of saltwater shrimp, I think of small, scrawny non-colorful shrimp. This Camel Shrimp took me by surprise with it's color and size. It is still a small creature, but he sure does work hard to keep everything clean.

Every tank should have bottom feeders or "cleaners" to keep their tank in check. They need live rock to survive and hide in just like in their natural habitat so be sure you have those. Other than that these shrimp are pretty easy to care for.
