I bought one head of this coral and within two months I had a dozen growing all around the main head. I don't think is usual growth but I'm not complaining. The bright red and green color made it a nice centerpiece in my tank.

I kept mine in a 55 gallon but they don't move around so size of tank will depend on size of specimen. This is a LPS coral so it needs calcium for stony growth and good lights to photosynthesize nutrients. I placed it in the middle of my tank under T5 HO bulbs.

This coral is not tolerant to phosphates in the water (or any wastes) so I started running bio-plastics to remove phosphates and nitrates from the water. They also need a protein skimmer. Water quality should be kept at zero nitrates, zero phosphates.
