Very inactive fish. They tend to rest behind rocks for most of the day and become more active at night as they look to feed. Produce a large amount of waste so keep that in mind, will pollute the water very quickly. Venomous so great care must be taken when working with this fish. Does not tend to eat man-made foods, best to feed live and frozen meats. Will consume small fish too.

Over-all I would not recommend this fish as I feel its not very interesting or good looking and the waste it produces is a big issue for me.
