My mom's Standard Poodle with separation anxiety

For the first 10 years of my life, my mother had a Standard Poodle. Hazel was the love of my mother's life, and the family loved her, but I don't think Hazel was very keen on sharing my mother with the rest of the family. This standard poodle was so loyal to my mother that it seemed as if she had no time for anyone else. If my mother was gone, the dog would be anxious and would sit and wait for her by the window for hours.

If you see any old home videos that my mom is filming, the dog is always in the shot. My father was incredibly jealous of this dog, that's how serious the situation was. I myself would love to own a standard poodle. The loyalty they have to their owners is incredible. They are hypoallergenic, good for families and really good guard dogs. I would definitely recommend this dog to everyone.
