Acquired: Breeder (professional)

I got my Irish Setter Arna as a present for my 8th Birthday. I've never seen a puppy so tremendously likeable yet very intelligent and sensible. You can immediately tell this breed is perfect for families with small children. Throughout the years, Arna proved to be a loyal companion, a friend you can take on a dog show and win everyone's heart with her gracefulness but also an energetic dog that enjoys long walks in the nature and hates small spaces. I enjoyed the brushing, clipping and trimming that goes with the dog, but also be aware of shredding. The only downside of having an Irish Setter would be their fragile health. At the age of 3, she was already a caring mother of 8 puppies that found happy families. She died from cancer 2 years later.
