Brazilian Terriers (or Fox Paulistinhas, as we call them here) may not be very common dogs as they are here in Brazil. So let me tell you why you should make an effort to find yourself one!
These are very protective dogs. Good thing, right? But that also means you might have some trouble with strangers. They are really alert and bark a lot, though not very loudly.
Small as they are, they can be raised indoors with no problems, but enjoy walking outdoors and even swimming.
As many other small dog breeds, they have some emotional problems, and by that I mean they get depressive if you don't pay they attention, and they are proud. If you don't talk to them, they are going to ignore you until you go after.
I can number a lot of reasons for you to buy a Brazilian Terrier, but I can also tell you that they require attention from the owner and they are agressive to strangers. Despite their size, they'll do anything they can to protect the owner. These are very loving dogs (especially to children), so if you're looking for a breed that can be raised in small apartments and are loyal and protective, you want a Brazilian Terrier.
