My cousin has owned English Springer Spaniels for quite some time now. She is a professional dog trainer and this has always been her dog of choice. Sweet and loving her boys are some of the best dogs I have ever met; once again it proves what time, dedication and training can do. I would recommend this breed for all ages especially first time dog owners.

I have watched Spaniels over the years grow from rambunctious puppies to mellow well balanced dogs. They are best suited to a large yard although they do need a rigorous regimented walk daily. Better suited to home life, they would not do well in an apartment setting. Perfect for family life they are eager to please and would get along well with kids. They come in array of different colors brown and white to black and white.
