Perfect Edition To Our Family [Trapper-English Springer]

My family, consisting of myself, my husband & our 8 year old son have an English Springer Spaniel named Trapper. While she does not do much in the protection department... she loves us as much as we love her. She was a previously owned pet from a couple who had a new born child and simply did not have the time for her. The transition was simple - and she's been a delight from the moment we welcomed her into our home. Trapper resides with 2 kitty friends as well, and will chase them until they face her...at that time, she slowly surrenders. When it comes to strangers & stranger dogs - she'd prefer they like her as much as she likes them...if not, she'll do what she can to convince them to befriend her. She barks when someone is at the door, but regardless who is on the other side - once it's opened she's happy to see them.
I couldn't have asked for a better family dog. She was the perfect edition to our small family.
