A Great Family Dog

Our family dog, Marley was a sweet pet with a wonderful temperament. She loved to curl up at ,y feet, and followed me wherever I went. We trained her as a puppy to sit, lie down, "give paw", and "stay" quite easily. A very energetic dog, Marley loved to fetch, chew plush toys and chase birds. Even hearing birds chirping would stop her right in her tracks! The only thing I wish we would spent more time doing is training her to "walk" properly. When on a leash, Marley would always manage to break free and run away, looking back at me like it was a game. Overall, my experience with this dog breed is that they even though require a lot of attention and exercise, they will be a loyal companion for life. We miss you Marley!
