I will forever miss my dog Bacchus. He was nothing short of a perfect dog. Sadly, he passed away recently. He was a part of the family, and his passing will be a hard burden to bear.

He had the traits of your average Setter, loving, curious, peaceful - but they all seemed unique to him. Although he was trained primarily to be a hunting dog, he still retained a gentle spirit. Never once did he bite, jump on, bark at, or cause any harm to anyone. He was a little dense at times, though you couldn't help but love him. He was obedient, yet extremely energetic, always keeping us on our toes.

It's hard to say when(or if) we'll get a new dog. However, I do know that our experience with Bacchus was so worthwhile, that it will for sure be an English Setter.
