Such A Love

I adopted King over the summer and it changed my life. He rides the line between high energy and couch potato like a pro. I find myself saying "I love this dog so much, nothing is better than this" all the time whether we are cuddling on the couch or running around on top of a mountain. Being a rescue, he was basically a blank slate when it came to training but has learned very quickly. He is still very timid of strangers but absolutely loves children and other animals, even though the shelter said he didn't. At first he got too excited in their presence and was a bit of a bull-in-a-china-shop when meeting them, but learned "leave it" and to control his excitement within 2 days.
