That's my Dog, Dogo Argentino, named Rain. She is 6 months old now. She's sometimes difficult to deal with, because at that age she is mouthing everything, but that's easily to train to stop that behavior- Just put some peanutbutter on your hand and let the dog lick it and say a command (soft, easy, softly), if you feel teeth on your hand, just remove your hand for about a 1 min. Repeat that command and so if something happens, the dog will know the command in a "bad" situation. She's very playful and if she's not learning something or something new, she will destroy the house. Excercise is very important. If someone says that the dog doesn't listen to him, take the dog somewhere, where she/he can run free for a 40 min. and then when the dog is tired. that's the best time to learn something new and the dog will be easy to train without his/hers enormous energy. Rain is very gentle with children though and doesn't use her teeth. The negative thing is that she has separation anxiety, but that's also easy to train, what is need is just time! She loves to play with other dogs, but not every dog, (eg old dogs), doesn't want to play. She is learning the rules of the dog world.
