My puppy was the best! At first when i took her home, she was in shock. My father made me sleep next to her kennel to keep her company.. The kennel was in our laundry room.. I gladly slept on the floor the entire night to keep her company. I did this for the next couple weeks until my mother couldnt take it anymore. I eventually got my way and let Mia sleep with me under my covers. She LOVED to burrow down under the covers. Sometimes i couldnt understand how she could barely breathe under there but it was her happy place.
One thing about Mia is that she always had to potty. If we didnt make eye contact with her immediately when she was waiting by the door, she would sneak under the bed and do her business. Eventually we had to rip out the carpet in my room and replace it with hard wood floors . Little Mia required a lot of attention but that was easy since she was so stinking cute.
