I love the attitude dachshunds have, many of them think they're 10 feet tall and bullet proof. Snickers is an out-going, people-loving, adventurous little girl. She's been hard to house break (wee-wee pads and carpet cleaner are a must if you get a puppy dachshund, or sometimes even if you just move to a new house). She does bark, especially when people get to close to a public spot (like a bench for example) we've been at for more than a few minutes, but she has yet to meet another dog or a person she doesn't like. Her only fears/dislikes so far are being alone and beach waves.
